Designed for the protection of external surfaces subject to UV exposure and harsh climatic conditions, Xpress Multi Pro enables installation and operation under full-service conditions in a fraction of the time, overcoming traditional shortfalls of current water-borne systems including prolonged drying times, susceptibility to re-emulsification after early water ponding and washout after rain. Highly flexible and elastomeric, with low vapour transmission properties and low water absorption Multi Pro offers a viable, safer alternative to hazardous solvent-based Polyurethane Membranes. Further time efficiencies can be achieved when used with the Express H2O Vapour Block primer for priming/sealing roof areas, and damp and green mineral substrates containing residual moisture. Coverage
• Product is to be applied by brush or medium nap roller • Under tile applications: Apply a minimum of 2 coats at a total minimum coverage of 1.5 litres/m² to form a 0.8mm dried film thickness • Exposed, trafficable membrane: Apply 3 x coats at a total minimum coverage of 2litres/m² to form a minimum 1.0mm dried film thickness • Apply subsequent coats in different directions to the previous coat • A wet film gauge should be used to regulate the correct coverage of each coat. Note: Coverage is dependent upon surface condition and will vary accordingly as uneven and porous surfaces will require greater coverage to achieve the specified film thickness.
Dry Times
- Re-coat: 1-2 hours
- Dry film: 1 hour
- Ponding water resistance: 3 hours
- Full Cure: 24 hours
