GRIPSET 11Y is a concentrated SBR latex polymer admixture specifically formulated to enhance adhesion, strength, water resistance and general performance of cement based compounds. Use in screeds, renders and mortars for general, and more demanding applications including areas exposed to weather, continuous immersion, and subterranean areas.

• High bonding primer system before the overlay of 11Y enhanced renders, screeds and repair mortars
• High bond slurry primer for overlay of GRIPSET C-BED engineered screed
• High performance primer for immersed and underground areas
• High performance primer over porous concrete and blockwork
• As a thin build waterproof protective slurry coat
