XPRESS PRIMER H20 PLUS is a unique 1-component vapour barrier primer for use over concrete and mineral surfaces to prevent blistering and delamination of overlaid membranes and coatings associated with residual substrate dampness. Unlike traditional vapour barrier coatings, Xpress Primer H2O Plus will not alter the surface profile, enhancing the adhesion of overlaid coatings and finishes ensuring they bond as designed. Xpress Primer H2O Plus is also suitable as a standalone sealer to prevent carbonation of concrete, and for use over screeds and renders to reduce the incidences of efflorescence.
