Gripset 30SC

GRIPSET 30SC is a water based SBR latex membrane designed for under tile waterproofing applications. Forming a tough, flexible finish, Gripset 30SC ensures a highly durable, economical membrane option for internal and external areas subject to continuous moisture exposure.

• Water based, solvent free, non-toxic and non-flammable

• Waterproof with ability to withstand continuously wet environments and ponding without re-emulsifying

• Flexible & elastomeric, accommodating normal substrate movement

• Compatible with tile finishes, concrete, render and masonry toppings

• Durable and tough seamless finish

• Excellent vapour barrier & low water vapour transmission properties

• Can be applied by brush, roller, or spray unit on horizontal and vertical surfaces

• Compliant to AS 4858 and AS4654.1 for internal and external wet areas

Internal wet areas, bathrooms, laundries and tiled areas

External wet areas balconies, decks, podiums, terrace floors

Roofs and rooftop terraces to be covered over with screeds and toppings

Sandwiching between existing and new concrete substrates

Liquid vapour barrier between toppings and slabs

General tiled areas to prevent moisture ingress
